Rev. Dr. Rob Daley - Sr. Pastor

Rob felt called to be a pastor as a child but while in college was led into missions and served in Zambia for five years with his wife Patty. On returning to Canada he felt a renewed call to pastoral ministry and after pastoring two churches in Quebec and Ontario, he came to FBC where his focus has been on preaching God's Word, caring for His people, and reaching our community for Christ. Rob and Patty have three grown children, Matthew who is married to Rachelle, Joseph and Kara.

Stephen Philps - Associate Pastor

Stephen is a Prairie boy rightfully relocated to the beautiful West Coast. He took his dad away from preaching from the day he was born, and has enjoyed causing trouble ever since. He joined the FBC family in January of 2019 along with his wife, Nikki. He's served in a variety of church settings and denominations, and now joins the Baptists! You'll often find him finding new things to tinker with, reading, making exotic foods and meeting new people.
