Worship Team members, and anyone appearing on the stage or in pre-recorded videos are also asked to fill out the form.

In order to ensure the space within the church is available to host your meeting, event, wedding, memorial, banquet and more, please reserve the space, dates and times using one of the request forms below.
The first form is for members and adherents of the church (internal), while the second form is for groups not related to First Baptist Church.
