Music touches the soul in a way nothing else can – we believe we’re “made to worship” through song. Our worship teams help to guide our hearts back to the cross – where Jesus performed the ultimate sacrifice on our behalf. As we look away from ourselves, and our busy lives, we are drawn closer to God and His purpose for us.
Styles and types of music are personal preferences, but we try to meet as many personal needs/wants as possible in each service by selecting a mix of hymns and contemporary worship songs. In all music, we strive to sing theologically sound lyrics, which means we don’t sing some of today’s most popular music if it promotes questionable doctrine.
We strive for a style of music that is engaging to anyone who walks through the doors. Our prayer is that each one be drawn into worship – from children, to young adults, to seniors; and those who have never attended church before, to those whom were raised in church.
